HEAT CHAMBER SERVICES
Golden State Herbs has a large production treatment chamber for dry heat microbial reduction. The system can be used to gently heat our products while maintaining good color and flavor. We currently use this heat treatment for our ready-to-eat herb products. Dry heat treatment is the simplest and most economical method of microbial reduction and can greatly reduce APC, coliforms, yeast, and mold counts. Dry heat treatment can:
- Gently treat many dried food products without chemicals or irradiation
- Treat herbal cosmetic products (i.e. Calendula flowers, Witch Hazel, etc.)
- Dry up to 12 pallets in a single load depending on pallet dimensions

CUSTOM MILLING AND BLENDING
In addition to the variety of standard herb products Golden State Herbs offers, we offer custom milling, blending and custom grinding for your specific application needs. Our experienced technicians will work with you to develop the ideal product size, shape or treatment you require. This processing line is certified for Kosher products. The Milling Line is designed for maximum flexibility to meet the strictest standards of our clientele.
